Installation Instructions

1. Drop the glove box to access the gateway module

2. On 2024 models, a factory bracket may block access:

   • Remove trim around the bonnet latch

   • Remove the glove box

   • Gently bend the thin bracket to access the plug

   • Disconnect factory plug and insert the adapter

   • Bend the bracket back (it won’t fully return due to wire positioning but will clear the glove box)

⚠ Note: The bracket uses a non-removable security bolt. Bending the bracket is the safest and easiest solution.

• No extra power cables or fuse jumpers needed

• Tools required: Pliers or multi-grips

Important Note
On some Amarok variants, once disabled, the stop/start feature may not be reactivated via the dash settings. If needed, unplugging the device will restore factory function.
