- We send all shipments with Tracking & Insurance to cover in the unlikely circumstances of loss or damage.
- Where a product packaging arrives damaged you are required to take photos of the unopened packages prior to opening and inspecting. Must have 3-4 angles minimum and photos must show the label etc.
- If found to be damaged then again repeat with photos, more the better and send us an email and the pictures attached
- Do not fit or discard damaged items, the carrier may want to inspect them prior to paying out a claim or they may pick them up and take them if a claim is paid.
